Include the calculator page, the values and units you entered, the result shown and what you expected. A screenshot can help, but remove addresses, customer names and other private information first.

Tell us what you are trying to estimate and which part of the tool could be clearer. Job Totals provides calculation aids; we cannot approve electrical installations, structural designs or compliance with local building rules.
